Refund Policy – E28A Visa Bali (e28abali.com)
Welcome to E28A Visa Bali, your trusted partner for Indonesia visa consulting services. At E28A Visa Bali, operated by Juara Holding, we are committed to providing exceptional service and clear communication regarding our policies. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our visa consulting services, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our clients.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all visa consulting and application assistance services provided by E28A Visa Bali (e28abali.com) for Indonesia visas. It covers the service fees paid directly to E28A Visa Bali for our expertise, guidance, document preparation, and submission assistance. This policy does not cover fees paid directly to the Indonesian government, immigration authorities, or any third-party service providers (e.g., couriers, translation services) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Your eligibility for a refund is strictly determined by the stage of your visa application process with E28A Visa Bali:
2.1. Before Government Submission: 80% Refund
-
Eligibility: You are eligible for a partial refund if you decide to cancel your application before E28A Visa Bali has officially submitted your documents to the Indonesian government or relevant immigration authorities.
-
Refund Amount: In such cases, E28A Visa Bali will process an 80% refund of the service fees paid directly to us. The remaining 20% of the service fee is non-refundable and covers the administrative costs, initial consultation, expert advice, document review, communication, and resources allocated to your application prior to cancellation. This covers the initial effort and operational expenses incurred by our team in preparing your case, even if not fully submitted.
-
Proof of Non-Submission: E28A Visa Bali will verify the submission status of your application with our internal records. The date and time of your written cancellation request will be cross-referenced with our submission records to determine eligibility.
2.2. After Government Submission: 0% Refund
-
Eligibility: No refund will be issued once E28A Visa Bali has officially submitted your visa application documents to the Indonesian government, immigration department, or any related official authority (e.g., Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Law and Human Rights).
-
Reasoning: At this stage, our primary service – the comprehensive preparation, meticulous review, official submission, and initial follow-up of your application – will have been completed. The effort, expertise, and resources expended by our team to reach this critical stage are non-recoverable. Furthermore, government fees, processing charges, and any associated third-party costs are typically non-refundable once an application is filed with the authorities, regardless of the outcome.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances (Exclusions)
In addition to the “After Government Submission” scenario, the following circumstances are explicitly non-refundable:
-
Rejection by Immigration Authorities: E28A Visa Bali provides expert guidance and diligent application preparation. However, the final decision on visa approval rests solely with the Indonesian immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee visa approval. If your visa application is rejected by Indonesian immigration for reasons beyond our direct control (e.g., misrepresentation by the applicant, changes in government policy, previous immigration violations of the applicant, insufficient personal funds, security concerns, or any other discretionary decision by immigration), no refund of our service fees will be provided. Our service fee covers the effort and expertise in preparing and submitting your application, regardless of the outcome.
-
Applicant’s Withdrawal After Submission: If you decide to withdraw your application after it has been submitted to the government, no refund will be issued.
-
Incomplete or Incorrect Information Provided by Applicant: If your application is delayed, rejected, or becomes ineligible due to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you, or your failure to provide required documents in a timely manner, no refund will be issued.
-
Changes in Government Policy: Unforeseen changes in immigration laws, policies, or procedures by the Indonesian government that affect your application after submission are beyond our control. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
-
Force Majeure: Events such as natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the processing of your application or our services will not entitle you to a refund, though we will endeavor to find alternative solutions.
