1. Scope of Services
E28A Visa Bali provides professional consulting and facilitation services for individuals and entities seeking various types of visas for Indonesia. Our Services include, but are not limited to, providing information on visa requirements, assisting with the preparation and submission of visa applications, liaising with relevant government agencies, and offering guidance throughout the application process.
Important Disclaimer: We act solely as a facilitator and consultant. We do not issue visas, nor do we guarantee the approval of any visa application by the Indonesian government or any other immigration authority. The final decision to approve or deny a visa application, and the timeline for such a decision, rests solely with the respective government authorities. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but government policies and requirements can change without prior notice, and we cannot be held responsible for such changes or their impact on your application. Our role is to assist you in navigating the application process to the best of our abilities, based on the information available to us at the time.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application.
- Ensuring that all documents submitted are valid, authentic, and not expired.
- Timely submission of all requested information and documents to E28A Visa Bali.
- Reviewing all application forms and documents prepared by us on your behalf for accuracy before submission to the authorities.
- Complying with all instructions, deadlines, and requirements set forth by E28A Visa Bali and the Indonesian immigration authorities.
- Understanding that any misrepresentation or omission of facts in your application may lead to denial or cancellation of your visa by the government, for which E28A Visa Bali bears no responsibility.
3. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are charged for the consulting and facilitation services we provide and are separate from any government-mandated visa fees, immigration levies, or other third-party costs (e.g., health checks, translation services). All service fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to the commencement of our Services. Fees are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or United States Dollars (USD) as specified, and payment methods will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Please note that government fees are subject to change by the issuing authority without notice and are outside of our control. Any such changes will be passed on to the Client. Payment for our Services is typically required upfront or in agreed-upon installments before the commencement of significant work on your application.
4. Refund Policy
Our comprehensive Refund Policy is available separately and forms an integral part of these Terms. Generally, refunds for our service fees are not provided once the service process has commenced or significant work has been undertaken on your application, regardless of the outcome of the visa application (approval or denial by the government). Government fees, once submitted to the respective authorities, are typically non-refundable. 5. Limitation of Liability
